We value collaboration and believe every employee should have the opportunity to make an impact, regardless of title or tenure.About the PositionOur fast-paced Beaverton, Oregon office is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist to join our team.No prior collections experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person! We're looking for someone who is confident, organized, persistent, and comfortable communicating with customers to help resolve outstanding account balances.What You'll DoMake outbound calls to customers regarding past-due accountsReview aging reports and monitor outstanding balancesDocument account activity, customer interactions, and collection efforts accuratelyWork directly with customers to identify and resolve account discrepancies and payment issuesCommunicate professionally and use sound judgment when working with customers, vendors, coworkers, and managementPartner with sales teams and senior leadership when additional support is needed to resolve accountsTake ownership of challenging situations and work toward timely resolutionsMaintain positive customer relationships while effectively managing collection effortsWhat We're Looking ForStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, confident, and comfortable having conversations about outstanding balancesProficiency with Microsoft OfficeA self-motivated, persistent, and solutions-oriented approach to challengesPreferred, But Not Required2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experienceExperience working with aging reports or customer account resolutionWe'll train the right person!What We Offer$17–$20/hour DOEOpportunities for advancement and career growthPotential to grow into leadership opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPTO, vacation, and sick leaveFlexible Spending Account (FSA) programOngoing training and professional developmentOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionPacific Office Automation is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
