Exchange Bank Account Services SpecialistThis job is on-site in any of our Nebraska locations (Lincoln, Omaha, Kearney, Grand Island or Gibbon).A full benefits package is available including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Paid time off and holidays as well as a company 401k plan with employer match are also offered.As an Exchange Bank Account Services Specialist, you have the opportunity to be part of a specialized team and provide support for internal and external clients. This team contributes to the operation of the bank by ensuring accuracy with internal documentation, account maintenance, and electronic banking while providing excellent customer service.Essential Functions:- Perform duties for all branches by maintaining records in the following areas:Debit/ATM card orderingCustomer identification information: Adding new customers, updating existing informationDeposit accounts/IRAs: Processing new accounts, updating existing accounts, rate modifications and offsets, complete requested maintenanceSafe deposit boxes: Adding new agreements, verifying agreementsPosition Qualifications:- Minimum educational and experience requirements: Associate's Degree or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education- Additional knowledge, skills and abilities:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proven performance in problem solving and with maintaining/building customer relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating tact and professionalism with co-workersExcellent organizational skills and ability to complete work in a timely and accurate mannerWorking knowledge of accounting principles, banking principles, and bank reporting requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office programs including OutlookDetail and deadline orientedSoftware experience with Fiserv Precision/Director helpful.Exchange Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran
