Account Specialist - Sparks
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Account Specialist to work with a leading logistics company in Sparks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing client relationships and coordinating complex logistics operations.
Shift Patterns
Monday to Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM
Pay Rates
22.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Account Specialist
How many years of experience do you have in account management within a logistics setting? Please explain.
Are you proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel?
Do you have experience tracking order fulfillment? If so, please explain.
Role for Account Specialist
Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions to business challenges.
Assist in order processing by leveraging various software platforms and methods.
Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse or administrative teams to ensure effective communication.
Manage inbound and outbound demand while coordinating with fleet and brokerage services.
Ensure adherence to client contracts and perform basic billing and auditing tasks.
Maintain and update documented standard operating procedures specific to your assigned clients.
