A leading retail media and advertising platform that helps brands connect with millions of shoppers through targeted, performance-driven digital campaigns is hiring a Account Strategy Manager !
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys blending strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution across omnichannel media channels including search, programmatic, display, video, social, and DSP platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and execute data-driven media strategies across managed-service and self-service campaigns
Lead campaign planning, setup, optimization, pacing, troubleshooting, and reporting
Partner closely with Sales and Account teams to develop strategic client recommendations
Present campaign insights, optimization opportunities, and growth strategies to advertisers and agencies
Serve as a consultative expert across audience strategy, media planning, and platform activation
Manage external client conversations and drive strong campaign performance outcomes
What They’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in digital media, media planning, account strategy, or campaign management
Experience across search, programmatic, display, social, video, and DSP platforms (TTD experience preferred)
Strong understanding of media metrics including CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and campaign optimization
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Hybrid in Hoboken, NJ schedule: 2–3 days onsite
