ACV Auctions seeks an Account Support Representative to assist car dealerships across the U.S. with inbound calls and emails, aiming to resolve inquiries and ensure repeat business.
You will use Salesforce and internal tools to document activities and deliver pre- and post-sales support in a collaborative team setting. Ideal candidates have strong English skills, a HS diploma, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and the ability to work independently.
