This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment within the Southern United States region.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee payroll files, including personal details, direct deposit information, and benefit enrollments.Process and verify timesheets and attendance records to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.Prepare and submit various payroll-related reports such as bi-weekly payroll summaries, tax filings, and year-end documentation including W-2 forms.Manage additional tasks such as processing termination payments, overseeing paid time off (PTO) and sick leave, and assisting with the rollout of new payroll policies.Skills and Qualifications:Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and accuracy.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Confidentiality: Maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.Analytical Abilities: Capable of identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies effectively.Education and Experience:While specific educational requirements are not detailed, a background in payroll, human resources, or accounting is beneficial.
