Accountant AssistantAs an Accountant Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting team with various tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting with data entry, and performing bookkeeping tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our collision centers.Unibody Autotech Collision Centers is a leader in the automotive collision repair industry. We are currently looking for an organized and reliable Accountant Assistant to join our team.Key Responsibilities: Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial recordsPerform data entry and ensure accuracy in accounting systemsProcess invoices, payments, and assist with payroll dutiesCreate and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various financial reports and data analysisHelp track accounts payable and receivableEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesAssist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed
