Job title: Accountant
Location: Bedford, Ohio
Salary: $50,000-$60,000

Key Responsibilities (Accountant) :
Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including researching and resolving discrepancies
Record customer deposits and accurately apply payments to customer accounts
Monitor outstanding receivables and communicate with customers regarding past-due balances
Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and maintain accurate supporting documentation
Process payments and maintain organized electronic and physical accounting records
Prepare and provide customer invoices as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Accountant) :
High school diploma or GED required; additional accounting education is a plus
Previous bookkeeping, AP/AR, accounting assistant, or similar accounting experience preferred
Comfortable working with accounting/ERP systems and learning new software
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
