Accountant - Urgently hiring in the Bedford Heights area!
Job Title: Accountant
Pay: $38.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

As an Accountant, you'll help keep the company's finances running smoothly and efficiently, working closely with the ownership team, salespeople, and office staff to ensure financial health and compliance.
What You'll Do
As an accountant, you will be responsible for:
Process vendor invoices and payments, manage accounts receivable, and monitor cash flow to support daily financial operations.
Partner with the operations team to enter jobs, transactions, and related financial information into company systems
Prepare and process payroll for approximately 22 employees located in Ohio, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Calculate sales commissions and administer sales compensation in accordance with company policies.
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping records and coordinate required sales tax filings and workers’ compensation reporting.
Use the company's system to manage accounting activities, maintain accurate records, and support overall business operations.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general bookkeeping.
Basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn, with training available for motivated candidates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Location & Schedule
This position is fully in-office in the Bedford Heights area and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a consistent workday.
