A Full-Time Engagement Professional (FTEP) is a full-time, salaried employee of Robert Half who is assigned to work on various client engagements on an interim or project basis.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement Delivery: Work on-site or remotely at client locations to support critical projects, staff augmentation, or backfill key roles during leaves of absence, peak workloads, or organizational transitions.
Specialized Expertise: Leverage deep experience and up-to-date technical skills to fulfill a range of assignments including (but not limited to): regulatory compliance, audit remediation, financial reporting, system implementations/conversions, month/quarter/year-end close, process improvement, financial analysis, and project management.
Adaptability: Rapidly learn new environments, build relationships with client teams, and deliver value without extensive onboarding. Demonstrate flexibility to transition among industries, company sizes, and functional areas as assignments dictate.
Continuity of Service: Provide consistent, high-quality interim support, enabling clients to maintain business continuity and reduce knowledge loss during periods of transition or headcount gaps.
Professional Conduct: Uphold Robert Half’s professional and ethical standards while representing the company. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability within each engagement.
Ongoing Skill Development: Participate in continuous training and development opportunities provided by Robert Half to remain current in technical skills, compliance standards, and market trends.

Reports to a designated Engagement Manager, Practice Director, or Staffing Director at Robert Half.
