We are looking for experienced accountants to join our team! A reputable realtor in the El Paso area is looking to expand its team and bring in an accountant. Interviews will be held this week.

Accountant Details:
Temporary position
$ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Job Duties:
Manage bookkeeping for multiple companies.
Process payroll for Texas and New Mexico.
Upload and maintain receipts, invoices, and financial records.
Work with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
Provide general administrative support, phone communication, and problem-solving as needed.
Dress Code:
Business casual and professional attire. Appropriate closed-toe shoes required.
Work Environment:
Professional office environment. Candidate must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently while managing multiple company accounts.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily sedentary office work requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional lifting of office materials up to 15–20 lbs.
Schedules / Training:
Monday–Friday, regular business hours. Training will be provided on company-specific procedures and systems as needed.
Accountant Qualifications:
Accountants with QuickBooks and certifications and plus.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
