Job Title : Accountant II (Senior Level Role)
Location : Tampa, FL
Compensation : $111k-$121k Total Comp
Job Type : Full Time

What We're Looking For : 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a corporate or multi-entity environment
Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
Intercompany and/or multi-currency experience preferred
IFRS experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
SAP experience preferred along with strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, etc.)
Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently
What You'll Be Doing : Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare consolidated financial statements and internal management reporting
Perform intercompany accounting and support multi-entity, multi-currency reporting
Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and reporting to parent company
Support internal and external audits, including SOX controls and audit documentation
Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
Research and analyze technical accounting topics under IFRS as needed
Partner with operational and corporate teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
Assist with financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
Contribute to process improvements and ongoing system enhancements (SAP environment)
