nProvides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards, creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use, and creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.
nWhat You Will Do:
nnnMaintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.

nnCreating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.

nnCreating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.
n
nnWork directly with plant leadership to review variances, build forecasts, teach business/financial acumen, answer questions, and be their primary financial support.
n
nnManage both legal entity and accountable reporting for the Mapleton foundry.
n
nnWork directly with a dedicated resource from the accounting center of excellence to direct work activities, monthly financial reporting, analysis, closing activities, etc. This is like a dotted line reporting of this COE resource to this role.
n
nnParticipate in cost reduction projects led by the facility, provide key financial support and leadership.

n$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
nCompensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
