You will support the month-end close process, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, assist in client invoicing and accounts receivable tasks, and process improvement/automation efforts. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to drive efficiency and accuracy.nn Key Responsibilities:n Assist with the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and analysesn Maintain and update the general ledger: review, clean up and monitor account balances, sub-ledger tie-outs, and ensure accurate recording of transactionsn Prepare expense accruals, prepaid expense amortizations, and other routine accounting estimatesn Assist with client and partner invoicing and accounts receivable management, including aging, collections support, and reconciliationn Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Manager to ensure all accounting policies and procedures are adhered to and help identify opportunities for process automation and improvementn Assist in implementing and maintaining a high-quality ERP environment (Sage Intacct) including support for modules tied to GL, A/R, A/P and reporting workflowsn Support audit activities by preparing schedules, responding to inquiry, and ensuring documentation is complete and accuraten Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance systems, and project teams to gather data, ensure alignment of accounting entries, and improve controlsn Consolidate all global cash balances and develop a 13-week forecasting tool to enable the company to understand its weekly/monthly cash requirements and comply with its debt covenants.
