Accountant
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000
Location: Tampa, FL | Fully Onsite

As an Accountant, you'll support critical accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis. The Accountant will work closely with accounting leadership while maintaining a high degree of autonomy and ownership over assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities of the Accountant
Support month-end close activities, financial reporting, and account analysis as the Accountant
Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger as the Accountant
Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and investigate outstanding variances as the Accountant
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other day-to-day accounting functions as the Accountant
Participate in special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives as the Accountant
Qualifications for the Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
5+ years of accounting experience with strong general ledger and reconciliation experience
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Great Plains and/or NetSuite preferred
