Key Responsibilities • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts monthly.• Support month-end and year-end close processes.• Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll entries as needed.• Generate financial reports and assist management with budget tracking.• Maintain documentation for audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Core Competencies • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.• 2–5 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Location: Three Rivers, MI Compensation: $57,000–$70,000 annually
