We need people that take accountability for their actions and pride in their work.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Performs all data entry and computer functions related to customer billing and payment proceduresProcesses all accounts receivables including filing invoices in designated areasProcesses all accounts payable and pays vendors via E-billing and posts outgoing paymentsVerifies and posts travel expensesMonitors billings for accuracy and works close with other departmentsPOC for customer/vendor account problems and discrepanciesPrepares bank deposits and inputs on computerAssist company and tax accountant prepare tax filesPerforms other duties and responsibilities as requestedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field3-7 years of experience preferredExceptional customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAnalytical thinkerHighly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated and ability to work well independentlyMust maintain a professional demeanorMicrosoft Office skillsERP system experience / SAP R/3 system experience is a plus
