nFoth is currently seeking a collaborative and growth-minded Accounting Analyst who is excited to expand their skills, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to the success of our project teams and clients. This role will work closely with project managers, business unit accountants, and other project team members to support accurate financial reporting, project coordination, and timely billing. The position will be based out of one of our Foth offices in WI, IA, or SD with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment. nPrimary Responsibilities:
nnnProvide project financial reporting support and consultation to Project Managers and Business Unit Accountants, helping ensure accurate project performance tracking and financial management
n
nnCoordinate project setup activities by reviewing contract requirements and accurately establishing projects within the ERP system in accordance with contractual terms, company policies, and accounting standards
n
nnMaintain a thorough understanding of client-specific standards, processes, and expectations to support accurate invoicing and compliance with client requirements
n
nnSupport project managers by monitoring and analyzing project schedules and budgets
n
nnMonitor supplier invoices and assist with PO management
n
nnProcess and submit client invoices through a variety of delivery methods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements
n
nnProactively work with Foth project team members to ensure timely billing and receipt of payments within contract terms
n
nnProcess payment vouchers, employee expense reports, and project assignment requests accurately and efficiently
n
nnSupport financial reporting activities by preparing, reviewing, and distributing reports as requested
n
nnAssist with the development of cost estimates for client proposals and project pursuits.

nnProvide administrative, accounting, and project support services as needed to meet business and project objectives
n
n nRequired Qualifications:
nnnAssociate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
n
nn3+ years' experience in accounting, including invoicing and financial reporting
n
nnProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, etc.)
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry experience
n
nnPrevious experience with Deltek Vantagepoint software, Microsoft project management tools (SharePoint, MS Project), and experience producing and/or assisting with contract preparation
n
nnProject accounting experience
n
nnBackground supporting project financials in professional services, consulting, engineering, or project-based environment
n
nnProficiency using Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools
n
nnExperience working with large project portfolios and multiple clients
n
nnExperience in accounting functions such as accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, month-end or period-end close processes, or financial reporting
n
