Location: Onsite - Racine, WI
nContract Assignment: Estimate 1 year duration
nPay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour
nHours: 20-30 per week
nnnMonday & Tuesday: 8-hour days

nnRemaining days: Flexible based on demand

n nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role will primarily support month-end activities, including postings, reconciliations, and reporting within SAP and related systems. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial data processing and reporting for month-end close and other recurring tasks.
nKey Responsibilities
nnnPerform monthly postings and reconciliations
n
nnSupport reporting activities within SAP and related systems
n
nnEnsure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
n
nnFollow established processes and instructions to complete tasks
n
n nRequirements
nnnAssociate Degree in Accounting or Business
n
nnMinimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting
n
nnIntermediate to advanced Excel skills
n
nnStrong attention to detail and proven accuracy
n
nnExcellent written and verbal communication skills
n
nnProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
n
n nPreferred
nnSAP experience
