Job description
Lead, coach, develop, and mentor direct reports, including the Accounting Analyst and T&E Specialist, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal controls, accounting policies, procedures, SOPs, review processes, and segregation of duties to ensure financial integrity, compliance, operational effectiveness, and adherence to company policies.
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for assigned areas, including the preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and financial reporting; ensure timely, accurate, and complete Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss submissions through global reporting systems. xhmxlyz
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers; provide meaningful commentary, actionable insights, and recommendations to leadership while ensuring data integrity across financial systems, reporting tools, and supporting schedules.
