Job description
Accounting ClerkBASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform accounting and related clerical work in compiling, reviewing, maintaining and reporting financial data related to both ASB accounting and assigned high school site and department accounts.Requirements / QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school or equivalent. Any combination equivalent to three years accounting clerical experience which can be supplemented by college-level course work in bookkeeping or accounting.A COMPLETE APPLICATION MUST MEET THE CRITERIA LISTED ABOVE AND MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ATTACHED: • Letter of Introduction (must be specific to the job position you are applying for). • Resume • Two (2) current professional letters of recommendation dated within the last two years. • An application filled out completely which includes the "Record of Work Experience/Employment History" and no blank spaces.
