This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant city known for its rich history and cultural attractions, all while contributing to our organization's success.Job ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable: Audit vendor invoices for policy compliance, process disbursements, and reconcile inter-agency billings.Accounts Receivable: Prepare and enter Legislative Council billings, record accounts receivable, and prepare bank deposits.RequirementsAssociate degree in accounting.Two to five years of fund accounting or auditing experience.PreferencesExperience with the State of Michigan SIGMA financial system.This is a part-time position that requires onsite presence three days a week, with a start date in late October 2026 and an end date in late March 2027.
