Accounting Team MemberBaker Auto Group is looking for another accounting team member.Main ResponsibilitiesVerifies funds have been collected and are balancedHelps with cleaning deals and sending out lien payoffsTitle clerk- ensuring that title and tax documents are accurate and sent out in a timely mannerFiles and scans documents and assists with mail/UPS/FedExAssists with answering phonesOrders supplies for the dealershipPerforms all other administrative duties needed to assist the teamProcess dealer trade and wholesale paperwork and accountingCVRRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plusPrevious experience in an office administration or automotive environment preferredProficient in G Suite products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and basic computer skillsExperience with CDK a plus but not requiredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of automotive terminology and dealership operations is a plusReliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamCustomer service oriented with a positive attitudeBenefitsExcellent Health, Vision & Dental Benefits401K Retirement PlanPaid HolidaysPersonal Time OffAdvancement OpportunitiesMonthly birthday and anniversary celebrationsJob Type: Full-time, Monday-FridayOn-site work only
