We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist with approximately 10 years of accounting experience .
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of all aspects of accounting
Experience with:
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Commercial insurance
Utility payables
Insurance payables
Taxes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Advanced experience with Excel spreadsheets
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $30.00 per hour
60-day probationary period with performance evaluation upon completion
