Accounting ClerkPridestaff Financial is needing an experienced Accounting Clerk to assist a great company located in Fort Lauderdale! Do you enjoy providing support to a team and helping with important projects? Please apply today! Main Functions:Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with accounts receivables or payablesKeep track of all payments, PO's, invoices, statements, etc.Generate invoices and account statements.Create monthly financial and management reports.Respond to all customer and vendor inquiries regarding finance.Place inventory orders and track shipmentsAccount reconciliationMaintain records and expense reportsQualifications:Experienced using QuickBooks2+ years of accounting experienceDegree in accounting or similarAbility to prioritize and manage expectationsDetail-orientedBilingual is a plusMust be able to submit to a background check and drug screen Pridestaff Financial is an equal opportunity employerCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
