This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by overseeing all acquisitions and sales of vehicle inventory, updating and reviewing vehicle information in ADP Vehicle, and organizing and maintaining inventory records and files for each franchise, to ensure that all inventory processes and procedures are successfully completed.Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 /hr*Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.Benefits:Professional DevelopmentCompetitive PayComprehensive Health Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD)Employee Assistance Program401(k) Retirement PlanSick Pay, Vacation, and Holiday PayEmployee Wellness ProgramFlexible Spending AccountEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramEmployee Discounts/PerksResponsibilitiesEffectively and efficiently Handles Inventory Purchases and SalesExamines all direct purchase and trade paperwork for units being acquired into inventory; calculates any outstanding fees, creates file and properly records into the accounting system.Verifies delivery of all new car inventories and enters into the accounting system.Processes required paperwork for designated dealer trades; completes MSO reassignmentProcesses required paperwork for used car purchases; verifies registration is current before payment is released.Captures complete costs of Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) fees when stocking used vehicles into inventory; verifies the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork related to used vehicles.Assist the Manufacturer or bank representatives with flooring audits.Effectively and Efficiently manage the new car MSO's/titles related to purchasesMaintains MSO records for the dealership; on a weekly basis, reports to management the status of any dealer trade receivables.Maintains checks for used car purchases and does not release payment until correct title documents are received.Successfully Prepares Required ReportsAssembles and deploys management reports for all inventory transactions with open title issues; follows each transaction through to successful resolution.Reviews all franchise inventory schedules and reports to management weekly status of inventory balances that have issuesDaily maintains all franchise flooring payments and advances daily and reports to management daily the amounts paidWeekly reports are turned into management to review inventory, dealer trade receivables and used car purchase reportsProvides Backup Support To The Factory AssociateLearns and maintains active working knowledge of the Factory Associate job duties and provides backup support as required.Builds Internal and external Client Relations/RetentionMaintains a strong “Client-Centric” vision and utilizes “The Rusnak Standard,” best core practices, as well as professional and exemplary service to provide every internal and external Client with an extraordinary experience during every encounter.Actively listens and communicates, verbally and in writing, in a courteous, professional, clear, concise, and correct manner to identify Client needs beyond expressed concerns.Responds in a timely, courteous, and professional manner with a “consultative, value-added” approach to secure Client understanding and develop stronger business relationships and increase future business.Exemplifies the Brand and Corporate CultureSeizes every opportunity to improve Client satisfaction by conducting self and working in accordance with Company values, beliefs, norms, and standards; holds self and others accountable for exemplifying the corporate culture.Respects and demonstrates passion for the RUSNAK brand and our manufacturers’ brands; behaves professionally, respectfully, honestly, and with the utmost ethical manner with all internal/external Clients, vendors, business associates at work and at any event and/or activity that is related to RUSNAK and/or its manufacturers.Maintains a professional and well-groomed personal appearance at all times.Initiates Personal/Professional DevelopmentSeeks out opportunities to enhance organizational, personal communication, and negotiation skills.Maintains current job and product knowledge to improve effectiveness with Clients and assigned tasks.Consistently produces accurate and thorough work, even in peak periods, which meets “The Rusnak Standard.”Ensures Safe Work EnvironmentAccepts individual responsibility and accountability for complying with the Company Health and Safety (H&S) processes within personal control; performs duties in a way that will not cause personal danger, endanger other individuals, or violate environmental regulations.Promptly corrects or reports any hazard or potential hazard to supervision; wears personal protective equipment, where required; ensures work location is kept safe, neat, organized, effective, and inviting. KRA: Effective and Proactive Team MemberEducation, licenses, certification, and/or essential qualifications -H.S.
