Accounting Clerk/Office AdministratorRideNow Powersports - Dallas is looking for a meticulous and reliable Accounting Clerk/Office Administrator to support our growing operations.What You'll Do:Post daily bank transactions accurately and efficientlyBill sales deals and input inventory into the EVO systemProcess OEM dealer transfers and intercompany reconciliationsEnter vendor invoices and prepare A/P checksReconcile monthly OEM parts statementsProcess F&I product cancellations and warranty refundsAssist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end closeSupport various projects assigned by the Regional ControllerWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in A/R and A/P2+ years of dealership accounting experience (automotive or powersports)Experience with title work is preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with dealership software (EVO or similar)Strong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with data entry, document management, and clerical systemsWilling to work extra hours mid-month and at month-end as neededMust be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work stationWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployer paid life and short-term disability insurancePaid time offEmployee discounts on parts and merchandiseAll applicants must pass pre-employment screening, including background and MVR checks.IND02
