Accounting ClerkThe Accounting Clerk's daily tasks are detailed, high-volume, deadline-based work. They will need strong excel and analytical skills, to ensure accurate and timely results. Opportunity for growth over time.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork with various members of the accounting department to complete daily routinesParticipate in daily reconciliationsProvide accurate deadline driven workMaintain files for accounts receivable, billing and accounts payableAssist with accounts receivable and the application of customer paymentsReview bills for accuracy and proper codingAssist with the organization of paperworkSpeak to clients about payments, refunds, and statementsOther duties as assignedRequirements:1+ years proven experience working within an accounting departmentBS degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field, preferredExperience working in a fast-paced environment, preferredMotivated to learn and take on new challenges and base level work at the same timeProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills
