Accounting CoordinatorThe Arizona Business Management Department for Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for an Accounting Coordinator. This position is based out of our Administrative Office at 4100 W. Galveston St., Suite 1, Chandler AZ 85226.As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Compensation is $24/hour working full-time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Responsibilities include:Apply customer paymentsResearching unidentified paymentsAssist in special projects as requestedPost/Process invoices into the accounting systemAssist in processing Car Sales files for retail car salesCompile Business Management audit reporting to ensure proper procedures and ethical practices are being followedConform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructionsValidate payment requests for complete informationGeneral filing and processingAnswer branch inquiriesAssist with Accounts Payable transactions as assignedPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedMaintain flexibility with work schedule and work overtime as neededEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust have a bachelor's degree (Preferably Finance or Accounting)Previous Accounting, Billing, A/R, A/P, or other accounting/finance/billing experience requiredMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust have prior experience in an Enterprise Mobility administrative officeMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word).Must be able to work daytime hours, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
