Elwood Staffing is looking for an Accounting person in Longview, TX! Mon-Fri 8a-5p $18/hr!

Accounting Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 18.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Accounting Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions
Enter and maintain financial information using QuickBooks
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
Create and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Prepare documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Assist with reports, reconciliations, and other accounting-related tasks
Accounting Qualifications:
2+ years of experience
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
