Key Qualifications
5+ years of accounting experience
2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
Manufacturing or production accounting experience
Experience with audits and state/federal tax activities
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with financial reporting systems (Oracle preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for production accounting operations
Manage daily accounting activities and oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Lead high-volume accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales, cost of goods sold, and general ledger accounting functions
Support treasury operations, including cash applications and dispute management
Prepare financial reporting packages and maintain compliance documentation
Support tax preparation and filing activities
Assist with external financial audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews
Drive process improvements and xzgxqkn operational efficiencies across accounting functions
Develop and mentor accounting team members
Partner with leadership on departmental and company KPI initiatives
