Job description
Join a multi strategy investment firm as a Corporate Accounting Manager
As an Accounting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role on the Finance team, working directly with the Director of Accounting, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. You'll touch multiple areas including: strategic accounting initiatives, build outs, month end close, and financial reporting.
You'll get to work across the firm's portfolio: they own and build portfolio companies across sports, data centers/AI, tech, energy/oil & gas, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, etc.
What you'll do:
Improve accounting processes by analyzing, recommending, and implementing changes.
Work closely with month end team and accounting process optimization team.
Automation with AI and ERP implementation experience a plus.
Who you are:
4-10 years of relevant accounting/financial reporting experience
Can come directly from public accounting.
A mix of public and in-house accounting is a plus.
CPA preferred but not required.
Good sense of humor.
Can bring ideas.
Base Salary from $130K - $150K + Cash Bonus + Benefits and flexible for the perfect candidate
