Accounting Manager
$75k-$90k
On-site | Dayton, OH
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and provide senior-level support to the Finance Director. The Accounting Manager will oversee month-end close, audit preparation, staff supervision, and financial reporting.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities
Manage month-end close and support annual audit preparation.
Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance, review, and backup support.
The Accounting Manager will maintain accounting operations in QuickBooks Online.
Partner with the Finance Director on financial reporting and accounting needs.
Accounting Manager Qualifications
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
Proven month-end close and audit preparation experience.
The Accounting Manager will experience supervising accounting staff.
Ability to provide senior-level backup to a Finance Director.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
