About the Company and Opportunity:
Our client is a growing and well-established manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Manager to join their accounting team.
This role will play a key part in supporting accounting operations and assisting leadership during a transition period due to recent transitions within the department and continued company growth.
An exciting opportunity to build a stronger culture and drive positive change across the finance team and the organization as a whole.
Overview of the Accounting Manager Role: Lead on Month-end close
Forecasting - Monthly/Quarterly
Data Analysis/Adhoc Reporting
Process Improvements, help build processes from the ground up.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to dive into operational workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager Position: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 6+ years of Accounting Experience
Policy and procedure control mindset
GAAP knowledge
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is a MUST, experience with an ERP system
Team-oriented, highly effective communication skills at all levels of an organization
Public Accounting experience is a PLUS!
Salary: $100,000-125,000, plus bonus
