Job description
Gila Regional Medical Center is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting Department under the Controller and CFO. You will manage monthly and annual closes, serve as primary liaison to outside auditors, and oversee accounting operations while mentoring staff.
The role supports budgeting, FP&A, financial reporting, and cost reporting. Ideal candidates have a strong background in hospital accounting, GAAP, and team leadership, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
