Job description
LHH is partnering with a well‑established manufacturing company to recruit an Accounting Manager. This opportunity offers hybrid flexibility of 0-3 days in the office a week, depending on special projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the month‑end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial results
* Oversee AP and AR functions, including managing staff and driving process improvements
* Support internal and external audit requests as needed
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
* Prepare and monitor cash flow reporting
* Assist with additional accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
* 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
* Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
* SAP experience highly preferred
