Accounting Manager | North Palm Beach | Hybrid

A high-growth health and longevity company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing Finance team and report directly to the Controller. This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Schedule: Onsite 2 days/week
Compensation: $100,000- 125,000 base + bonus
Responsibilities
Lead month-end close and prepare journal entries and financial reporting
Perform and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP, reporting, and process improvements
Support audits and other accounting projects
Help strengthen and improve accounting processes as the company continues to grow
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Progressive accounting experience, ideally at the Manager level
Strong U. xhqgsiq S. GAAP experience
Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
Strong inventory accounting experience
ERP systems experience required
Experience with forecasting and budgeting
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
International accounting experience is a plus, but not required
