Overview
Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing client on a new Accounting Manager role. The ideal candidate will have strong staff management skills, the ability to work hands-on within the GL, and the ability to own the month-end-close process.
Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Managed month-end-close
Oversee a team of accountants
Work hands-on within the GL
Report financials to the CFO
Guide team through process improvements
Qualifications
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
Prior experience owning the month-end-close
Experience working in the GL
