Target Compensation:
120k-130k plus bonus (based off experience level)
Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager: Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting
Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and internal controls
Partner with operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs and profitability
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
Lead and develop accounting staff while driving process improvements
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
Manufacturing industry experience with strong understanding of cost accounting
ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
