PSG is hiring an Accounting Manager to join a growing company with a collaborative team. This is a great opportunity to combine hands-on accounting work with team leadership, partner across the business, and help improve processes. You’ll work on a varied mix of financial reporting, investment activity, audits, and international accounting, with room to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
Lead the monthly close and day-to-day accounting for subsidiary companies.
Review financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
Support cash management and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and employee expense reporting.
Review investment activity, capital calls, and related account balances.
Help prepare for quarterly reviews and annual audits by gathering records and responding to requests.
Make sure accounting work follows company policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
Maintain local financial records and complete required regulatory filings on time.
Work with the U.S. accounting team and other subsidiaries to record transactions correctly and resolve intercompany items.
Guide and support accounting staff, set priorities, and review their work.
Look for ways to improve accounting processes, use technology effectively, and strengthen controls.
Assist with special projects and other accounting needs as they arise.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
At least five years of increasingly responsible accounting experience, including reviewing work or leading accounting processes.
Experience supervising or managing staff preferred.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs.
