Join our salaried consulting team and help organizations navigate critical transitions, growth initiatives, system implementations, and leadership gaps. As an Accounting Manager FTEP (Full-Time Engagement Professional), you'll partner with finance leaders across the Puget Sound region to drive results, improve processes, strengthen teams, and deliver strategic accounting support.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller experience
Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
Process improvement and team leadership experience
ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Ability to quickly adapt and make an immediate impact

The salary range for this position is $110k-125k/year. Benefits are available including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance. Employees hired for our FTEP Program are also eligible to enroll in our company’s 401(k) or deferred compensation plan (if eligible).
