Compensation : $110,000 - $140,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager
Lead the month‑end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
Maintain compliance with GAAP and accounting best practices
Assist with annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
Strengthen and maintain internal controls across accounting functions
Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Review and approve accounting and HR‑related transactions and documentation
Support budgeting, reporting, and special financial projects
Partner with leadership to improve financial and operational performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
