About the Role
As an Accounting Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial reports for various clients. This is a fast-paced, engaging position ideal for those who excel with a mix of client interactions and hands-on accounting responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing and preparing complex account reconciliations and journal entries
Compiling and analyzing financial statements to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Managing month-end and year-end close processes
Implementing and improving accounting systems, processes, and controls
Supporting audits (external and internal) with schedules and reports
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
CPA or MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior-level capacity
Strong proficiency in Excel and multiple accounting systems (e.G., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
Experience in a variety of industries
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills when interfacing with both technical and non-technical peers
