Accounting Manager
Downtown Vancouver, WA
$105,000–$120,000
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day accounting function and partner closely with leadership and operations. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant ready to take the next step or an experienced Accounting Manager looking for a hands‑on role with real visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Partner with operations and leadership on inventory, manufacturing costs, margins, and financial performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems
Manage audit support and serve as a key accounting resource across the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Accounting management or senior-level accounting experience within manufacturing
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close
Experience with inventory and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience
