Job description
Nimble Equipment Management, acts as a strategic extension of major general contractors nationwide. We specialize in fleet optimization, rental equipment procurement, vendor coordination, and jobsite efficiency across heavy civil, infrastructure, environmental, energy, and data center projects.
Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, and financial reporting support.
Responsibilities
Process invoices and payments
Reconcile vendor statements
Support billing and collections
Assist with financial reporting
Qualifications
2+ years accounting experience
Construction industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
