Job description
Our client is an independent accounting firm with multiple locations across the country providing audit, tax, risk, and forensic advisory services for entrepreneurial, public, non-profit, and individual clients.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire accounting and closing process for a diverse group of clients
Analyze financial statements, identify anomalies and variances, and provide proactive insights and recommendations to improve clients’ processes and overall business performance
Review financial data prepared by the engagement team
Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to clients and stakeholders
Issue timely and comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts
Supervise client engagements and ensure adherence to technical quality control standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
6-8 years of experience supervising an accounting team and managing multiple clients
Knowledge of local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies utilized in a CAS practice
Advanced QuickBooks Online skills
Knowledge of other cloud-based software applications
Salary Range : $135,000-$150,000
