We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting your future.We take care of our people—because we know they're the heart of everything we do.What You'll Do:Act as a resource for accounting assistants by providing training, answering questions, and reviewing work.Validates data against system reports.Verifies that controls and processes have been followed.Performs data entry into accounting systems.Performs transactional accounting entries.Performs account reconciliations.Works with internal and external customers to resolve questions/problems.Performs higher level projects as assigned.Participates in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes to ensure all relevant data has been captured in appropriate period.Works with operations to complete processes.What We're Looking For:Required Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesA high school diploma and three (3) or more years of accounting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.Proficiency in accounting tasksAbility to read and interpret documents such as invoices, computer reports and accounts receivable or accounts payable reports.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications.Leadership, mentoring, and training skills.Preferred Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesGas Plant accounting experience preferredAdditional Eligibility QualificationsEnglish language fluency, verbal and written.Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.True Oil LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Vets, Disability
