Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Specialist for our client, a growing healthcare real estate company, based in Pensacola, FL. This person will primarily be responsible for AP/AR, vendor management, and managing the rent email inbox for payment remittance for 80+ properties. He/She will maintain the monthly cash dashboard (in conjunction with Accounting Supervisor), and pull monthly bank statements and save them in appropriate folders.

Responsibilities/Duties

Accounts Payable:

AP email box maintenance and distribution for operating company and real estate entities

Manage Yardi Full Service

Vendor Maintenance (enter all new vendors, upload new COIs to current vendors, etc.).

Responsible for ensuring all AP for operating company and real estate entities have been processed.

Accounts Receivable:

Manage rent email inbox for payment remittance

Enter all receipts, maintain A/R (apply prepaids, etc.) and follow-up on outstanding AR

Responsible for all communication with tenants relating to outstanding AR

Regular AR review with accounting and asset management teams

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience

Proficient with MS Office and QuickBooks

Knowledge of Accounting Principles and General Office Practices - Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

Property Accounting experience

Experience with Yardi or a similar software
