nRole & Responsibility
nFinance:
nnCreation/Documentation/Maintenance of Monthly Management Reports
nImprove/Maintain Balance sheet reconciliations for multiple branches
nValidation of mappings from local ledger to corporate ledger
nAd hoc Financial Analysis and follow-up on monthly reporting package
n nGeneral Accounting:
nnComplete monthly Journal Entries through Oracle software
nSubmit month end financials into BPC software and complete BPC to Oracle reconciliation
nComplete module closes at month end, i.e.: AR, AP, Fixed Assets
nReconcile balance sheet accounts through Blackline software throughout the month
nAssist in the Chart of Account process by adding accounts and mapping in Oracle
n nJob Requirement
nnFreshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with Finance/Accounting Concentration Science or equivalent
nAttention to detail
nAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines
nTeam player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
nExcellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
nA self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
nBe able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)

nThe salary range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
