Accounting SupervisorSystem One is assisting a growing company near Tulsa with a search for an Accounting Supervisor. This position leads core transactional accounting processes and helps keep day-to-day accounting activities running smoothly. The role works closely with internal teams to support accurate reporting and timely processing.Responsibilities:Supervise daily accounts receivable and accounts payable activities to ensure accurate, timely processingLead workflow management and support an efficient, service-oriented process for internal stakeholders, taking initiative to suggest process improvementsReconcile subledgers and resolve discrepancies impacting payments or collectionsSupport month-end close activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and accrualsEnsure customer invoicing is accurate using shipping documents and milestone/progress billing data as applicableMonitor customer credit limits and support actions that reduce bad debt exposureCoordinate multi-state sales and use tax compliance, including taxability setup, return preparation, and remittanceManage exemption/resale certificate collection and recordkeeping for tax-exempt customersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable. Supervisory experience highly preferred.Strong understanding of core accounting principles (including GAAP-based practices)Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalStrong work ethic with a positive attitudeSalary: $85K - $90K System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
